I am on a little weekend getaway with my S/O. He read all the good reviews for this place, and he surprised me with a late lunch after driving down from Indianapolis. The only negative to get out of the way - Parking was a little frustrating. Commence with positivity. There appear to be two dining areas and two bars, which are accessible by a common midway entrance. We were greeted cheerfully, and both of us ordered a Pepsi product along with an appetizer to share of 4 Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls with a side of Blue Cheese Dressing. What a clever little creation! A touch too saucy for me, but I am picky about that. Otherwise, a great dish! We then had our entrees, which, for me, was a Bacon Turkey Melt Sandwich on toasted honey wheat bread which included a hearty side of Seasoned French Fries. He had Grilled Shrimp over Cajun Style Grits. (He lived in Texas for part of his life, so he is into grits. He said they were the best grits he's ever had.) Both of us were delighted with our choices. The menu offers just enough creative and unique items to offer guests variety. But, not too many to have to choose from. People who have trouble with decisions like us appreciate that. The prices are perfect for the hearty portions you get. I was stuffed and still took enough home to have a whole separate meal. They offer a cocktail menu that we did not indulge in today. I noticed they serve tall boy cans of beer to the table. You can enjoy them out on the plastic enclosed patio overlooking the Ohio river. While inside at the bar or, in front of impressive sports oriented display screens arranged like windows. The decor is cool. I like their suspended ceiling signage, as shown in photos. I can't think how to describe it. The bathrooms are clean and easy to find. Our server was bright, friendly, and efficient. Thanks for the hospitality! Catch you on the next trip. Cheers!

They have one of the best side salads. I think it was Taphouse Salad. I do wish their veggies sides weren't deep fried, but I guess it makes them tastier. The broccoli salad was good, too. Also, they have PLENTY of TVs if you're trying to watch a game.

Food was amazing. The Smokey bbq burger was delicious and fish sandwich was good and huge. The fries and onion rings were delicious. I will definitely make the trip from Louisville to jeffersonville again. Our waitress was super friendly and the service was great

Food was really good. I loved the salmon. I enjoyed myself. I will say that karaoke came in halfway through and it was fun for those who wanted to join, but it was so loud for those of us just meeting up for dinner. We couldn't hear each other chat without yelling. Just a little less volume and it'd have been perfect. If you wanna have a party this would be a good place though! The drink was nice, but it wasn't as strong as I was expecting. Brussel sprouts were absolutely fantastic.

Service was amazing. Had multiple servers check on us and they spent their time with us letting us know about the live music and menu. Fried pickles are by far my favorite I've ever had! My friend got the fish and it was delicious. Will come back again.

First time here. Food was really great. BLT was big and had a lot of bacon. Brussels Sprouts were really good. Wings were cooked perfect. Cheese balls were so so good! Pretzel w/ beer cheese was the best quality pretzel we’ve ever had. Service was awesome. Kelly was so nice. I wish they had hotter sauces for the wings but the sauces I tried tasted good. Great place to go, highly recommend!

Location

Welcome to Harry's Taphouse & Kitchen, a vibrant dining spot located at 130 W Riverside Dr, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. This lively establishment promises a mix of culinary delight and a casual atmosphere, making it a perfect destination for both locals and visitors. Parking might be a little tricky, but the warm welcome you'll receive upon arrival makes it all worthwhile.

As I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the inviting decor and the buzz of excitement. With two distinct dining areas and bars accessible through a common entrance, Harry's offers a variety of settings to suit your dining mood. The atmosphere is enhanced by large sports displays, making it an ideal spot for catching the big game.

My culinary journey began with the Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls, cleverly crafted and served with a side of Blue Cheese Dressing. While I found them a touch saucy for my personal taste, they stood out as a delightful starter. For my entrée, I indulged in a Bacon Turkey Melt Sandwich, served on toasted honey wheat bread with a generous side of seasoned French fries. Each bite was a comforting embrace of flavors, making it hard to resist the temptation to clean my plate. My dining companion couldn’t stop raving about the Grilled Shrimp over Cajun Style Grits, claiming them to be the best he’s ever had—and coming from a Texan, that’s high praise indeed!

Harry's Taphouse & Kitchen's menu strikes a perfect balance between variety and simplicity. With enough unique options to cater to diverse tastes without overwhelming diners, I appreciated the ease in making choices. And let's not forget about the portions! The generous servings ensured that I left fully satisfied, taking home enough for an entirely separate meal. Prices here are just right for the hearty portions served.

If you’re looking to unwind, don’t miss their cocktail menu or enjoy a tall boy beer can while soaking in the ambiance on the enclosed patio that overlooks the Ohio River. The service at Harry's is notably friendly and efficient, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

While the atmosphere was lively (with karaoke adding to the fun), it's worth noting that it could get a bit loud for those seeking a quieter dinner. Nonetheless, if you're in the mood for celebration and fun, Harry's will not disappoint.

In summary, whether you're in the mood for savory burgers, fresh salads, or creative appetizers, Harry's Taphouse & Kitchen offers something for everyone. With its inviting atmosphere, attentive staff, and a menu that delights the palate, this establishment is worth visiting again and again.
